Jus’ Ask

Co-worker is “obsessed/addicted” with salt and vinegar fried chicken from one of the nearby grocery store delis.

The Mouse stopped in at the grocery store the other day, first tried to locate the powder (sodium acetate?) on the sales floor, failing that, asked one of the deli servers about availability. Not for sale, but she was willing to give me “extra” salt with purchase. 🙂

Bought 1/2 pound of salt and pepper fried chicken, and got extra “salt”.

Sodium Acetate?

Co-worker was happy, she got fried chicken, and the raw material to season he own creations.

Jus’ gotta ask. Customer service in SPAM Land. 🙂
