Tidbits

The Cat helped celebrate a colleague’s birthday a couple of days ago. Tasting menu at Hoku’s. Chinese steamed fish, wagyu steak, The Mouse did not get the full menu report.

The Cat brought home a few tidbits for The Mouse.

The Mouse isn’t sure where the foie gras came from, whether as part of the steak dish or a separate dish, but The Cat also brought home a tidbit.
