Friday was sort of a “cheat day” for The Mouse, not that The Mouse is on a diet, but he has been kinda watching what he eats. But Friday, the sirens of “dim sum” were calling. Hee hee.
Steamed manapua, char siu, roast pork, li hing prune and apricot, fried gau gee, banana, and peanut butter bread end. Mmm! 🙂
Corn dog, pork hash, char siu, roast pork. Mmm squared. 🙂
The Mouse forgot the li hing fruit for dinner, sigh.
The Mouse also got two rice cakes, one for The Cat, but the picture was “white rabbit in a snowstorm”.
The Mouse found/bought a package of instant miso. He usually gets the powdered version, three in a package variety (about a dollar a serving), but this package has 22 servings, less sodium, and a buck-ninety-nine cents. Deal!
Not as fancy as the normal package, not powder but paste, no tofu bits and green onions, but for the price, well worth.
Stay safe, eat good.
