The Mouse bought from the grocery store, cheap.
The Mouse has not seen duck flavor noodles before, bought a couple of packages. The package contained seasonings.
Oil, seasoning, and chili powder. First time The Mouse used half of the seasoning powder and the oil, no chili powder. Taste slightly reminded The Mouse of plum sauce that goes on Chinese roast duck. Too salty for The Mouse.
The second package, The Mouse didn’t use the seasoning package, just the oil.
The texture of the noodles is a little like skinny egg noodles. The Mouse cooked the noodles for 3 minutes, drained the excess water, sprinkled the included package of oil, added dried chives, parsley, ginger, and Szechuan pepper powder. Better than the first time.
Still, The Mouse prefers small-kid time frozen saimin, S&S or Okuhara. Mmm!
Be safe and well.
The Mouse
