One of the dishes The Mouse wanted to try at the Spanish/Italian fusion restaurant was Jamon Iberico.
We were seated right next to the display.
The Mouse was thinking large shopping bag, somehow have the kitchen look the other way, just saying. Hee hee.
Chef was cooperative and posed while The Mouse took a picture of slicing the Jamon Iberico.
We ordered the smaller portion.
The Mouse liked, paws up. The Cat, not so much, try try.
Maybe next time order the platter which includes olives, and dried tomato for The Cat.
