One of the better preparations. The Cat and The Mouse liked. 🙂
The Cat had a glass.
Mmm delicious.
The pork belly had a good balance of meat and fat, the pickled vegetables were yummy. The Mouse felt the texture of the buns was too dense, not pillowy fluffy enough. Maybe kitchen needs to find a Chinese manapua master. Hee hee.
Not bad.
Maple rum sauce, oat crumble, coconut milk sorbet. All non-dairy. The Mouse was happy. 🙂
