Chai’s Special menu to celebrate Filipino Food Week. The Cat and The Mouse made reservations for the last day of the special.
Filipino style ceviche.
With malungai leaves and young ginger.
With peanut butter? Mmm.
With pansit and fresh calamansi.
With spicy garlic calamansi dipping sauce. The Cat and The Mouse didn’t have chopsticks, forks were kinda useless, used fingers.
Light and refreshing.
