The reason The Mouse didn’t get a hot dog from Costco the other day. Bought a container of lime cilantro shrimp. Two bento, two lunches, one dinner, five meals total.
Mentaiko onigiri and crunchy ume and wakame onigiri from the Japanese warehouse market near Costco. Mmm. Happy meal for The Mouse.
Cilantro lime shrimp with chickpeas. Not as fancy as lunch #1 but tasty in itself. Chickpeas, one of The Mouse’s favorite “bean” food. Another “happy meal”. 🙂
