The Mouse learned recently. It is possible to “season” stainless steel fry pan.

Heat pan to medium, coat with cooking oil, let cool, wipe off excess. Similar to seasoning a carbon steel wok or cast iron.

The Mouse tried.

Key is to not wash the pan with soap, hot water only. Similar to a wok. The Mouse is happy. 🙂
