An off-menu item due to supply chain issues. Lucky restaurant had supply that night. Escargot and mushrooms. Mmm!
Salad:
Pickled Celery & Hirabara Purple Turnip, Vine Ripened Tomato, Lemon Miso Dressing. Another winner!
Dinner:
The Cat’s order. Chef did an excellent preparation. The Cat was happy.
The Mouse first ordered braised shortribs but the server misquoted the price, The Mouse changed his order.
Fire Roasted with Blue Crab & Cucumber Pepperonata, Toasted Garlic Sherry Butter Sauce. The Mouse did not miss the shortribs. Another check in the win column for the chef. The Mouse forgot the name of the fish.
The Cat has pre-approved forms for eventual return. Maybe after tax season? 🙂
