On the menu at the locally owned Ruby Tuesday.
From the menu: Soy base, roasted pork, steamed dumpling, choy sum, then topped with green onions.
From the bartender: one of the owner’s friends said that he would never eat in his restaurant because there was no saimin. Owner put Norman’s Saimin on the menu in his honor. Pretty good story yeah?
The Mouse thinks especially during this time (and hopefully throughout the year), it is important to remember and value family and friends. 🙂
