Tsong yo bing? Northern Chinese flatbread thingies? The Cat got hooked up with a cottage industry (read homemade) maker.
The Cat ordered a package (7 for 10 dollars). Green onion pancakes.
The instructions were a bit sketchy. The Mouse started a non-stick pan on medium heat, added oil, and fried one side for about two minutes, flipped it, turned down the heat to low, and let it pan toast for about 8 minutes.
The Cat approved. The Mouse guesses this will be The Cat’s dinner starch for the rest of the week. Eat’em while still fresh.
