Try Try Not-SPAM

The Mouse opened the Libby’s brand of luncheon meat. Kinda squishy texture (softer than SPAM). The Mouse had to fry it up (eating straight from the can was a little eww for The Mouse).

First dish was inspired by the current commercials.

Stir Fry Not-SPAM and Vegetables over Shell Pasta

A tiny bit of sugar and a dribble of shoyu. The luncheon meat had a smokier taste than SPAM, texture was still squishy. Not a favorite but not a total reject either. If no cans of SPAM in the pantry, it’ll do.

Second try try was in saimin.

Frozen Saimin with Scorched Not-SPAM and Wakame

Again, okay in a pinch.

More not-SPAM try tries soon. Hee hee.
