The Mouse was in the mood for a Fiesta Bowl (rice, beans, meat, vegetables, salsa, etc.) from Chile Relleno, and maybe some music as well. Hee hee.
Carnitas, fully loaded with cheese and ranch dressing on the side.
Chile Verde, sans any trace of dairy. 🙂
The Mouse had lactase pills. Totally worth it, no side effects. For The Mouse, the pills have limited effectiveness. Have to choose battles wisely. 🙂
Fiesta bowl, dunno if authentic but The Cat and The Mouse like, compared to Bibimbap or fried rice. Hee hee.
