Not too much happening food-wise. A quick cucumber salad for The Cat’s dinner.
Peeled and salted the cucumber chunks. Drained and rinsed. Sea salt, black pepper (just a tiny bit), apple cider vinegar, drops of olive oil, and one drop of Cholula chipotle sauce (for zing).
Not smashed, no garlic.
The Cat still liked. 🙂

I knew that cucumbers can make great sandwiches and salads. I just love a sandwhich with nothing but cucumber slices and chutney in it. But, this is the firs time I am reading that even cats can like it.
Sorry to confuse you not four-pawed cats, the two-pawed variety, “The Cat”. Hee hee.
