Years ago, The Cat had lunch at the Waikiki branch of Wolfgang’s Steakhouse. At the time the restaurant had lunch specials at special prices. The Cat had an errand in Waikiki yesterday so thought to check it out again.
The lunch specials are still offered but the soup and salad combo was no longer on the menu. The Cat ordered just soup.
The Cat thought is was okay. Soup was off of the regular lunch menu, not special priced Chef H’s is better.
The Mouse ordered the classic burger. Special lunch priced.
The Mouse requested rice substitute for fries and onion rings because The Mouse also ordered fish and chips to share with The Cat. Too much fried sides. 🙂
Price for the burger was half of the regular lunch menu. The Mouse was happy. Coarse ground beef.
Also on the lunch special menu. Fish and chips is not a regular lunch item so could not determine the “cheap eats’ factor, but price was reasonable.
If in the neighborhood, The Mouse wouldn’t mind revisiting for another burger. But be warned, parking is a b****.
