Continuing the series of working through Chef H’s vegetable gift basket. This time The Mouse roasted beet root and boiled snap peas.
Leftover bread rolls, leftover lamb chop (meat portion), boiled carrots, and beet roots. Mixed Plate. 🙂
Rice and sweet potato base, burnt end and corn bread (side orders from Easy Que), and parboiled snap peas with olive oil and salt.
