The Cat’s dinner. The Mouse tagged along. Hee hee. Stage Restaurant. We haven’t been here even before shut-down. Restaurant used to serve lunch but stopped. Kinda “speed bump”.
The Cat wanted to try since a long time.
Amuse bouche:
Roasted beet, herbed wasabi lilikoi vinaigrette, radish, bubu arare. Toast with Sriracha mayonnaise. Both were yum.

Appetizer:
Fried Brussels sprouts: applewood smoked bacon, balsamic reduction. Dish normally has Parmesan cheese sprinkled on top but because of The Mouse’s digestive issues, kitchen kindly left it off. Super crispy. The Mouse could’ve eaten another order. 🙂
