The Mouse inspired by last week’s oxtail soup. Bought a nice pork hock.
No recipe, after the usual par boil and wash, added wood ear fungus, ginger, vinegar, and peanuts.
For The Cat’s noodles, The Mouse added whit stemmed cabbage and some leftover dan dan noodle soup (for flavor).
The Cat slurped.
