Or Sunday brunch. A bit of a breather for The Cat before final push of regular tax season. Kinda of a new try, we’ve done take out from Basalt during the lock down, first time eating in.

Smoked Salmon Hash?

The Cat’s dish, a daily special. Crispy hash brown, eggs, lox. The Mouse thinks it was chef’s take on latkes. Pretty good.

Pork Belly Fried Rice

The Mouse’s dish. Bacon fried rice, roast pork belly, two fried eggs, toasted English Muffin, Mmm. The pork belly roast, best The Mouse has eaten in a while. The Mouse’s only complaint, maybe half a scoop more fried rice. Almost perfect. 🙂

Shared dessert.

Grand Marnier Mousse Cake

Dark chocolate mousse, raspberry sauce, mixed berries.

The Cat has approved application to return soon. There is a braised beef short rib dish The Mouse is curious about. 🙂
