“Candied” SPAM

Inspired by a YouTube video. Not so “weird” as you might think. Think “candied bacon”. Hee hee. Can of lower sodium SPAM. The Mouse usually purchases SPAM lite but maybe purchased just before lock-down where shortages were being experienced?

Sliced, pan-fried, sprinkled with monkfruit “sugar”.
