Canned Sardines over Steamed Brown Rice

Simple, two ingredients (not counting the dried parsley The Mouse sprinkled for garnish). Becoming a work at home favorite lunch.

For a treat, The Mouse picked up a small portion of kamaboko poke.

Japanese fishcake tossed with toasted sesame seed oil and furikake. Mmm.
