A Riff on Loco Moco

The Mouse’s bowl, it had the “spirit” of a loco moco, just different. 🙂

Brown rice (instead of white), steamed egg (instead of fried), anchovies with oil (instead of hamburger patty with gravy). Mmm!

The Mouse acknowledges this might be an acquired taste (especially the anchovies), but The Mouse really liked.

And the steamed egg (three minutes) created a better “gravy” than a fried egg (squishier). Less clean-up too. Hee hee.
