Quinoa Salad
Quinoa, cucumber, tomato, parsley, oil and vinegar dressing (The Mouse guesses), mung beans. The Mouse added capers with a little of the brine. Mmm, pretty healthy The Mouse thinks. 🙂
The Mouse made the mistake of going to Costco on an empty stomach. Hee. Had to consciously retrain.
