A new client for The Cat, opened a scones shop. Owner was kind enough and brought over some samples.

Chocolate chip and other goodies.

Matcha

And white chocolate. The same combination that Chef P uses in his truffles. Taste as good as the truffles. Don’t tell him I wrote that. Hee hee.

This new pastry chef, didn’t get her name, also does Shanghai style dim sum, not in the shop yet. The Mouse can’t wait for chef to put them on the menu. Mmm. 🙂
