Bad timing last night. The Mouse just finished the last of the roast pork and char siu when The Cat texted that she intended to eat dinner at home. Oops, no readily available meat for The Cat (the leftover hamachi kama was in the freezer). The Mouse made a quick dash to the new sushi restaurant nearby.
