The Mouse’s plan today. breakfast for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

He is 2/3 of the way there.

Breakfast:

SPAM and Egg Sandwich

Lunch:

Mushroom Omelet on Rice

Both from the nearby take-out. Just heat and eat. Hee hee.

Unless something goes awry, dinner will be from another nearby take-out to be picked up on the way home. Corned beef hash with eggs and rice. Mmm. Will let you know how that goes.

Stay safe and well.

The famous Mr. Lee burger:

Mr. Lee Burger

The Mouse posted about this burger before, still a favorite.

Deluxe, grilled onions (really nice touch), lettuce, tomato. Enhanced with probably the last of the shiso this season.

The almost famous Chef H lockdown special burger:

Chef H Burger

With accouterments.

Accouterments

The Mouse posted about this before too.

Local beef, applewood smoke bacon, cheddar cheese, caramelized sweet onions, lettuce, tomato, steak fries.

Minus the fries, The Mouse thinks a least four Mr. Lee burgers for the cost of one Chef H burger. Fair comparison, The Mouse thinks not. Both are great in their category and The Mouse enjoys both. Mr. Lee’s just a little more often. Hee hee.

Stay safe and well.

Rabbit Raviolo

Chef H made for The Cat and The Mouse. The Mouse thinks Chef had some extra time on his hands, dining room closed, take-out only.

Vacuum Pack

Chef H made it easy, drop bag in boiling water for 10-15 minutes, cut pack and serve. The Mouse followed directions.

Rabbit Raviolo with Cranberry Sauce

The Mouse loves dumplings. This was no exception. 🙂

Stay safe and well.

A new minion joined The Cat’s office. First day lunch to welcome newbies. Lunch at the nearby “Irish pub”.

One minion orders fish and chips, another orders an “Irish” burger. Okay, maybe not true Irish fare, but in SPAM Land, close.

The Cat’s plate.

Boneless “Galbi” and rice

Um, okay, kinda out of left field. The Mouse thinks for the weekend, we look for a Korean restaurant that serves corned beef and cabbage or more accurately bacon and cabbage. Hee hee.

Stay safe and well.
