“Kalua Pork” Day

No, nothing official, just what The Mouse was eating yesterday Friday. And yes he forgot to press the “publish” button, again. Sigh.

Kalua Pork and Cabbage over Rice

Kinda appropriate since The Mouse worked on the warehouse’s accounts receivable for 7-Eleven the whole day. Hee hee.

Lunch was home-made leftovers.

Braised Style Kalua Pork with Zucchini

Wasn’t bad, but the dish could have been helped with shredded sun-dried tomatoes added to the mix. None in the pantry and the warehouse doesn’t carry the product. No matter.
