Another epic meal from one of our favorite chefs. A couple of weeks ago.

Amuse Bouche

House cured salmon. Mmm.

Pate Feuilletee En Escargot

Helix escargots, herb butter; cradled in a puff pastry.

Sauteed Rougie Foie Gras A L’ananas

The Mouse is definitely butchering the spelling and accents, sorry.

Robust foie gras, pineapple pan sauce, watercress, tomato, pickled red onion. Of the dishes, The Mouse liked this one the most.

Napolean of Kunoa Beef Tenderloin

Kona crab, pacific abalone, truffle Madeira sauce, salted lemon risotto, asparagus. A close second favorite.

Chocolate Souffle

Creme anglaise.
