House cured salmon. Mmm.
Helix escargots, herb butter; cradled in a puff pastry.
The Mouse is definitely butchering the spelling and accents, sorry.
Robust foie gras, pineapple pan sauce, watercress, tomato, pickled red onion. Of the dishes, The Mouse liked this one the most.
Kona crab, pacific abalone, truffle Madeira sauce, salted lemon risotto, asparagus. A close second favorite.
Creme anglaise.
