Reopened (Slowly)

When the powers that be over here at SPAM Land issued stay-in-place orders. One of our favorite take-out places temporarily closed.

I don’t think they had to, considered essential services (food), but maybe it was a business decision. The Mouse drove past the other day and noticed their neon open sign was turned on. A cursory telephone call to confirm they were open, and a subsequent visit.

Corned Beef Hash, Easy Over Eggs, Rice

The Cat and The Mouse’s favorite cheap eats order there, served all day. Yay! 🙂

Comfort food needed in weird times. Still only take-out but open.

Oh yeah, happy mother’s day.
