I’m glad you liked it! I used to serve regular sweet apples with peanut butter as a snack to my kids when they were little. Then one of them got the idea of sticking raisins in the peanut butter, and the snack evolved. It was a little too sweet for me—I like my apples slightly tart—but I figured it was healthier than their other favorite, Oreos dunked in ice cream or a vanilla milk shake. 😛 Take care!
