Warehouse owner had an idea. Order lunch from one of our customers, help them out a little. Pilot test. Owner pays for half the cost, instead of having us pick up the whole tab.
The Mouse wanted to order the hamburger steak with gravy, but he would be in no shape in the afternoon. Nap time. Hee hee.
The Mouse went with the breaded fish instead.
Breaded Fish Plate Lunch
Three large pieces of fish (dunno what kind), bed of rice (most went home for The Cat’s meal), green salad, soy bean sprouts, and lots of tartar sauce, yay! A pet peeve of The Mouse is when there’s not enough tartar sauce.
The Mouse was glad the lunch came with salad and vegetable instead of mac salad. Nothing wrong with mac salad, just a little healthier.
As a bonus, the controller kicked in the other half of the cost for the accounting section. The Mouse got a free lunch. 🙂
Owner hinted he might be sponsoring more of these support customer lunches during this pandemic situation, with him personally supplementing the cost. Nom!
