Miso Butterfish (Raw)

More of the warehouse trying to move items during these unusual times. Butterfish (black cod?) preserved in miso sauce.

Container

Supposed to have 8 or 9 pieces, back bone removed, in each container. The amount paid by The Mouse almost equal to one dish at some of the high end restaurants. Good deal. Easy cook too! 8 to 9 minutes in the toaster oven at 425 degrees, 2 minutes broil, done. Easy peasy.
