The Rest of the Gnocchi

The Mouse had to use the rest of the package.

The Cat’s bento today.

The Mouse’s Play

Pan tossed gnocchi with twice-cooked pork belly. Used the simmered pork belly, fried to warm and render some of the oil, tossed cooked gnocchi to coat, finished with dried parsley. Too bad no fresh mushroom. That would have been epic. Hee hee.

The Cat’s Bento

Added roasted sweet potato and asparagus to complete The Cat’s bento.
