The Mouse’s lunch, kinda thrown together at the last minute.

Canned Spinach Nest with Tofu

Microwaved the tofu to get some of the water out, added the spinach, seasoned with salt, pepper, and sesame oil. The Mouse loves canned spinach, not because of Popeye, closest thing to luau leaves. Yum.

After work prepared food shopping.

Vegetable Stew, Butter Sauce

Since The Cat eats mostly at the office, tax season, this would be great over her instant noodles. Enough for several meals and 15% off. Hee hee.
