The Mouse wanted tacos for a while but didn’t like the tacos getting soggy on the way home. Picked up a bowl from Taco Bell instead. The Mouse knows not authentic, like going to Panda Express for Chinese food. Kinda a classification all its own.
Vegetarian Bowl
Rice, beans, lettuce, guacamole, pico de gallo. No meat, no dairy (sour cream, cheese), lighter dinner.

Oh, and the not chicken? Yesterday’s lunch.
Not Chicken with Spinach
The real chicken is underneath. Not bad, kinda meh, more tofu-y than chicken-y. Not something The Mouse will crave, but not opposed to eating again.
Good thing The Mouse had some real chicken as chaser. Hee hee.
There’s one more serving left. Same lunch again today.
