OVEN ROASTED BONE MARROW braised short rib ragu, Roma tomatoes & lemon herb vinaigrette. Another nom!


RISOTTO ALLA MILANESE Hudson Valley foie gras, carnaroli rice, saffron & pecorino romano. The Cat very rich, a little too rich.

Osso Bucco
