Manoa Lettuce

The Cat had a seminar yesterday, lunch on your own. The Mouse thought The Cat might want to take cold somen.

The Mouse didn’t make, picked up from the Korean grocery store. The Mouse also picked up a head of Manoa lettuce, maybe The Cat could use for wrap some of the noodles.

Instead, The Cat took her minions to the nearby Denny’s.

Plan B.

Water used to cook turnip with turnip, drippings from shoyu pork, with some pork remnants (again, not The Mouse’s), warmed somen noodles (pre-cooked), Manoa lettuce leaves for garnish.

The Cat slurped.

If it was The Mouse’s bowl, he probably would have topped it with a spoon of Lau Gan Ma. 🙂

The Mouse thinks he really should have been a noodle slinger instead of an accountant. More fun. Hee hee.
