The Mouse exploring hot sauces. Not too hot, not burn a hole in the carpet hot, just a little tickle the tonsils spice.

Cholula Chipotle

The Mouse likes this more than the original. Not as spicy, in The Mouse’s opinion. More earthy taste, back of the throat warm. Less in your face spice.

Lau Gan Ma Chili with Black Beans

With the spice, mild to medium, a savory component. Only problem with this sauce is oily. The Mouse has to be careful with the stuff. Moderation and focus.
