Lately, for some reason, The Mouse has difficulty finding lunch on Saturdays. Yesterday was no exception. He couldn’t change lanes fast enough to reach a Japanese musubi and curry shop, the nearby golf course restaurant was closed for a private event. Ugh! The Mouse made his way here.

The Mouse has been here before, a little out of the way for him, not as far as the other side of the mountain, but still, next town over.
Char Siu and Roast Duck on Rice
One of their lunch specials. good taste, good quantity, fair price. The Mouse took home half.
Also ordered a lunch plate for take-out, bento prep.
Lunch Plate
Beef with vegetables, cold ginger chicken, pot roast pork, rice, crispy wonton.
Two plates, four decent meals. Good deal.
Too bad the place is not closer. Maybe just takes a little more effort, and gas, on The Mouse’s part.
Heading out to the farmers market then brunch with doctor friend at Chef H’s restaurant. More exciting and expensive pics to come.
