Earlier this week, one of The Mouse’s co-workers was getting sworn in as a new citizen. The Mouse went to Chinatown to pick up a lei for her, unfortunately, it was on the day The Mouse’s favorite manapua store was closed.
So, yesterday, with manapua still on The Mouse’s mind, left early for work, quick detour into Chinatown, found parking, and picked up lunch.
Manapua, Pork Hash Dumplings
Big, white, fluffy ball of dough, spongy, airy, yet chewy. Nom! All The Mouse needed was a can of fruit punch and small kid time again. Hee hee.
Dinner was a simple naan bread sandwich with ham and shiso.
