Second of three bags of pork bones. Same same, parboil, rinse, clean water, ginger, whiskey, vinegar, simmer for hours.
The spicy bamboo shoot really gives the soup an added flavor. The Cat slurped.
Pulled out a couple of pieces of rib meat from the bag of bones. Steamed with vodka and shoyu.
The Cat said not bad.
