BBQ/Grilled Chicken Take-Out

No, not the western concept of BBQ chicken, Korean style. Semantics.

Had not had this since leaving the old job. Full order instead of mini. Because The Mouse wanted more veggie sides.

BBQ Chicken Plate

Two scoops of rice (half went to The Cat’s bento), seaweed (partial to The Cat), cucumber kimchi (The Mouse ate), just spicy, not that deep fermented flavor (meh), choi sum (most to The Cat), and simmered potato (all to The Cat), The Mouse finished the chicken. Seasoned just right for The Mouse, salty, but not excessive, still can taste chicken. Hee hee.

Picked up from the local food group/chain, think local version of Panda Express.

The Mouse thinks the mascot may have been inspired by the mascot of the Olympics when it was held in South Korea?

Off to the farmers market.
