The Mouse cooked a third of the pork bones he picked up from the warehouse on Friday. Just parboiled, washed, clean pot, fresh water, apple cider vinegar, and vodka (less than a jigger each).
Usually, The Cat likes to “clean” the bones in the soup, this time the bones and residual meat were too gnarly (The Mouse’s opinion), The Mouse took out most of the bones and meat (he left a few rib pieces that weren’t “gnarly”.
For The Cat’s soup, The Mouse added dried bamboo, canned bamboo, carrot, celery, and sea salt.
The Cat liked and slurped.
