This week’s soup bones.
Not sure which bones these are, not leg bones, not ribs, possibly neck. Not too much marrow. Cooked a shorter time than the feet, took out the bones and shredded the meat.
The Mouse not decided what to do with the meat yet.
Farmers market. May go into the shredded pork meat soup, maybe not. Dunno.
Leftover banchan from The Mouse’s lunch, small piece of miso butterfish from the grocery store. Super easy, toaster oven 10 to 12 minutes.
