The Mouse’s new cheap eats find?

Order a basic MickyD burger, the cheapest, and customize it.

Splurge on the tomato, worth it.

A few fresh shiso leaves, The Mouse is lucky.

Not much happening food-wise here in SPAMLand, lots happening otherwise. Maybe will write about it later, maybe.

Training for new warehouse employees, trainer brings in snacks as a motivator. The extra he leaves for staff. 🙂

The Mouse’s Haul

Trying another Mexican place, a little further, good reviews.

The Place

A little pricey, but, try try.

The Mouse wanted to try tamale for the first time (must be good if anything like pastele), but alas, sold out. Frown.

Ordered the chile verde instead.

Chile Verde

Very well made, not too spicy, The Mouse added hot sauce.

The Cat ordered a fiesta bowl with carnitas (she didn’t know what carnitas was).

Carnitas Fiesta Bowl

Spanish rice, beans, lettuce, cheese, salsa, and of course carnitas. Think Bibimbap. The Cat likes. A definite reorder.

The Mouse may even order a fiesta bowl next time too. Very “festive”. Hee hee.

Finished with their churro dessert.

Churro and Ice Cream

Enjoy. Eat well.

Mrs. Vendor said to parboil for 20 to 30 minutes.

Following Instructions

The Cat has fresh bamboo shoots for a couple of days. 🙂

Enjoy. Eat well.
