Paraphrasing JB, Hee hee.
The Mouse was in the mood for a fish sandwich, not the fried stuff from the fast-food places. First choice, since he was in the area was place near the naval memorials, recommended by a former co-worker, wait too long.
Second choice, golf course “nineteenth hole”, founded by Don Ho’s mom. You know, “Tiny Bubbles” fame? Nice view.
The Mouse was thinking about soup and sandwich, soup was corn chowder, too much dairy, sorry TMI.
Instead, The Mouse ordered a side salad and the fish sandwich.
Seasonal mixed greens, croutons, balsamic dressing. Nice.
Twin Filets Grilled and Served with Lettuce, Tomato and Tartar Sauce. Served on a Homemade Bun.
Classic, nothing gourmet, fish grilled well. Satisfied the craving. Server nice enough to give more of the balsamic dressing for fries dipping. Not malt vinegar but close.
No dessert, the ran out of sweet potato pie. Sigh.
Enjoy. Eat well.
