Whew! Re-hydrating this batch of dried bamboo took a bit of time.

Three days of room temperature water, two nights of low and slow simmering, and countless washing. The Mouse almost thought he had to run wires through the water and hope for lighting strikes. Hee hee.
Kinda on the same theme, the shiso are sprouting again.
