No, nothing like life or death battles in a galaxy far …
More like a tourist trap. After seeing the sunflower facility, The Cat and The Mouse were hungry (hangry?). Nearest place with food is Haleiwa. Cars to the horizon. Parked in the first space available. Nearest places were Mexican (line out the door) or tapas (tables available), went with tapas bar.
Prices were “reasonable”, portions were hmm, on the tapas size.
Menu description: grilled flatbread, mac nut pesto, Brussels sprouts, cauliflower, heirloom cherry tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, fried egg.
Menu description: fingerling potatoes, chorizo, bell peppers, caramelized onion, Mojo Rojo & Verde sauces, fried egg.
The Mouse added a side of bacon.
Side of apple wood smoked bacon. Super thin, a little anemic, just The Mouse’s opinion.
After brunch, The Cat and The Mouse still had room for dessert. Headed a couple of doors down to get gelato.
A nice double dip serving.
To The Mouse, his scoops seem like two half scoops. Again, Admiral Ackbar’s warning come to mind. Hee hee.
Oh well, we knew the place has evolved into a major tourist location.
Enjoy. Eat well.
