Hainan Chicken Rice

With condiments. While the chicken was pretty good and the condiments were tasty, the rice was regular rice, not cooked in chicken broth/fat. The Mouse guesses The Cat has to take a trip to Singapore for “good” Hainan Chicken. Hee hee.

The Mouse ate.

Clay Pot Rice with Ground Pork and Salted Fish

Lots of rice! Vegetables were a good quantity, could’ve stood more pork and fish. Ratio was slightly off.

Quantity was sufficient for two more meals (doggie bag).
